# Help for parents

> How to book and pay for your children's places at a club that uses ClubDock, from your phone or computer.

Your club uses ClubDock to take bookings. You book from your club's own page, which looks like `clubdock.co.uk/your-club`: choose your child, pick the days, and pay the way your club accepts. There are no passwords to remember.

Each club sets its own prices, cancellation rules and the details it asks for, so what you see may differ slightly from the examples here. If you have a question about a booking, your club is the best place to ask.
