# Club details

> Your club's name, contact details, address, logo and colour, as parents see them on your booking pages.

**Settings → Your club** holds the name and contact details parents see, and how your booking pages look.

>
> Only a **Manager** can change these details.

## Name and contact details

| Box | What it's for |
| - | - |
| **Club name** | Shown to parents on your booking pages. |
| **Legal name** | Your registered name, if it differs from the one parents know. |
| **Contact email** | Where parents reach you. A shared inbox works well. |
| **Phone** | A number parents can call. |
| **Address**, **Town or city**, **Postcode** | Your club's address. It goes on invoices with your name. |

Press **Save changes**. The button reads **Saved** when there's nothing left to save.

>
> Your club's web address, such as `clubdock.co.uk/sunshine-clubs`, is chosen when you sign up and can't be changed.

## Logo and colour

* **Logo** — any image works; it's resized before it uploads. Parents see it on your booking pages once you save.
* **Your colour** — used on buttons and links across your booking pages and your sign-in page. Pick from the colour box or type a hex value. Your admin pages stay ClubDock blue.

## Your booking page

The **Shopfront** section on the same page sets the top of your club's booking page: a tagline, an introduction and photos. See [Your club page](https://clubdock.co.uk/docs/website/your-club-page.md).

## Venues
