# Privacy and children's data

> How ClubDock keeps each club's families separate, who can see what, and what happens when someone leaves.

You hold information about children and their families. This page explains who can see it in ClubDock, and how your club is kept apart from every other.

## Each club is separate

* **A parent at two clubs has two separate records.** Their children, answers and terms acceptance at one club can't be seen at the other.
* **A parent is signed in to one club at a time.** Opening another club's pages shows them as a visitor sees them, until they sign in to that club.
* **Nobody sees another club's families.** Asking for another club's booking, or another family's child, gets "not found", never "not allowed", so nothing confirms it exists.

## Who at your club sees what

* **Managers** see everything about your club, including money.
* **Staff** see what they need to run sessions: registers, bookings, the children booked on them, and reports. Pages that are a manager's say **Only managers can see this**. See [Managers and Staff](https://clubdock.co.uk/docs/getting-started/managers-and-staff.md).
* **Parents** see only their own family and bookings.

## When people leave

* **Removing someone from your team** ends their access to your club. Everything they recorded stays. See [Your team](https://clubdock.co.uk/docs/settings/your-team.md).
* **A parent who deletes their account** is anonymised. Their children's records, and your booking and payment history, stay intact.
* **A parent who removes a child** from their account — see [Your children](https://clubdock.co.uk/docs/parents/your-children.md).

## ClubDock support

If you ask ClubDock support for help, they can act at your club, and they must choose your club to do it. Support access ends when it's revoked.
