# Venues

> Add and manage the places your club runs sessions, with addresses and directions parents see when they book.

**Settings → Venues** lists the places your club runs sessions. Every programme runs at one venue.

> Only a **Manager** can add, change or remove venues.

Most clubs have one. A venue named after your club is created when you sign up, and you give it an address during [setup](https://clubdock.co.uk/docs/getting-started/set-up-your-club.md). Add more only if you run in more than one place.

## Add a venue

**1. Start a new venue**

Go to **Settings → Venues** and press **Add venue**.

**2. Name it**

**Name** is what staff see when choosing where a programme runs, such as "Oak Lane Hall" or "St Mary's".

**3. Add the address**

**Address**, **Town or city** and **Postcode**. Parents see the address, and the map link searches for it.

**4. Say how to find you**

**Getting here** — the door to use, where to wait, parking. Parents see it when they book. It's where a first session usually goes wrong, so be specific.

## More than one venue

When you run at several venues, a programme at two venues is two programmes. Parents see each as a separate card on your booking page, so they always know where they're going.

## Remove a venue

Press **Remove** beside it and confirm. It is no longer offered when you set up programmes and sessions. Nothing already booked there changes.
