ClubDock is booking, payments and registers software for kids’ clubs, classes and camps in the UK — after-school and holiday clubs, dance, sport, music, swimming, anything children come to on set dates. It is run by Dave Mills, its director.
Free in any month under £500 of sessions. No card needed to start.
Clubs do not run evenly through the year. A holiday camp may run for two months and a term-time class stops in August, so ClubDock is billed by the calendar month, on the sessions the club ran in it: nothing under £500, £18 up to £5,000 and £36 above that. A quiet month costs nothing.
There is no per-booking fee and no percentage. Parents pay the club, and the club’s income does not pass through ClubDock. Growing should not mean paying more for every place you sell.
There are no plans. A club in the free band gets what a club in the top band gets, with one exception said up front: Xero and QuickBooks cost £6 more in a month they carry.
