There is no larger plan to be upsold to, because there is only one. If ClubDock does something, your subscription includes it.

What the alternatives charge

Booking software in this sector is usually a monthly fee plus a percentage of every booking you take. The percentage is the part that grows: a club turning over £3,000 a month pays around £90 of it before the subscription.

Questions

Is it really £15 a month, whatever size we are?
Yes. One price, whether you run one after-school club or six sites of holiday camps. There is no per-child charge, no per-booking fee and no setup cost.
What happens after the free 30 days?
Your club becomes read-only until you subscribe: nothing is deleted, you can still see and export everything, and taking a register still works. Parents cannot make new bookings until you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. Your club stays open until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no notice period and no minimum term.
Do you take a cut of what parents pay us?
No. Parents pay you directly by bank transfer, Tax-Free Childcare, vouchers or cash. ClubDock records what is owed and what has arrived, but your income never passes through us.
Will the price go up?
It might, for new clubs. If you are already subscribed you stay on the price you signed up to — we cannot silently move you onto a new one.
Is VAT added?
No. We are not currently VAT registered, so £15 is what you pay.
