Cookie policy
Last updated Wed 7 Oct '26
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This page lists the ones we use, on this website and inside the ClubDock app.
Your choice
We only set analytics cookies if you agree. When you first visit this website you are asked, and you can accept or refuse — refusing costs you nothing and the site works identically. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the banner, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
The cookies marked strictly necessary below cannot be turned off, because the service does not work without them. They are exempt from the consent requirement under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
On this website
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
TERMLY_API_CACHE, termly-consent | Termly | Remembers your cookie choice, so you are not asked on every page. Strictly necessary. | 1 year |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages people read, so we can tell whether this site is any use. Only set if you accept. We do not use it for advertising. | 2 years |
_GRECAPTCHA | Tells a person from an automated script on our contact form, so the form cannot be used to send bulk email. Strictly necessary. | 6 months |
In the ClubDock app
These are set when staff or parents sign in. All are strictly necessary: without them you cannot sign in or stay signed in.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
idsrv.session, .AspNetCore.Identity.Application | Keeps you signed in between pages | When you sign out, or after a period of inactivity |
clubdock:parent_signin_club | Remembers which club's booking page you were signing in to, so you arrive back at the right one | End of the sign-in |
_GRECAPTCHA | Protects account creation from automated scripts | 6 months |
Things that are not cookies
The app also uses your browser's local and session storage, which behaves similarly but is not sent to our servers. It holds your signed-in session and the dates you have selected while booking, so your choices survive registering or refreshing the page. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies set by other people
When a club pays its ClubDock bill, the payment happens on Stripe's own pages, and Stripe sets cookies there to detect fraud. Those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not by this one.
reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
We host our own fonts rather than loading them from a font service, so no third party is told what you are reading here.
