Most programmes let you pick the days you need. You choose a child and a day, add any extras, and press Book to hold the places while you check out. If the programme is booked as one block, such as a term of weekly classes, see Booking a whole block instead.

Before you start

Find the programme

Your club’s page lists everything it runs, earliest start time first, with the days, venue, price per session and how full it is. Where the club runs programmes for different children, choose your Child’s age or School year to see only what your child can go to. If the club runs at several venues, pick a venue to narrow the list. How full a programme is shows as places available, limited or sold out, never as an exact number. Open a programme to see its Dates, Times, Price and Who it is for, then About, Need to know, What to bring and Where it is. The booking cut-off and the cancellation rule are under Need to know. Read these before you book.

If an early bird price is running, the Price box shows today’s price and the date it ends. You keep the early bird price for any place you put in your basket before it ends.

Choose your days

Below the programme’s details is a grid, with one square per child per day. Tap a square to book that child on that day. On a phone, Choose your days at the bottom takes you straight there.
  • Every Thursday for one child: tap that child’s weekday shortcut.
  • Every child on one day: tap the date.
  • Change your mind: tap a square again to take it off.

If the programme has more than one session a day

Some programmes sell, say, a morning, an afternoon and a full day. Choose which sessions you want first, from the tick boxes above the grid. The days cannot be tapped until you have chosen.
  • Tick Morning and Afternoon to book both.
  • Tick Full day after Morning and the full day replaces the morning. Each box says what it replaces before you tap it.

Add extras

Extras are things like early drop-off, late pickup or a packed lunch, each with its own price.
  • To add an extra to every day you book, use Any extras? (or the extras beside the sessions) above the grid. It applies to every chosen day that offers it, and to days you add afterwards.
  • To change one day only, tap that day to open it. Anything you change there affects that day and no other.
Two pickup times that overlap replace each other, because a child is collected once. Times that only meet, such as 16:00–17:00 and 17:00–18:00, can both be booked.

What the squares tell you

Watch the total

The total at the bottom updates as you choose. If the programme has a discount for booking more sessions, it tells you how close you are, for example “Add 1 more session for 10% off”. Your club confirms the final price in your basket.

Book the places

Press Book. Your places are held for 30 minutes and your basket opens. See Your basket to finish.
Places are only yours once you confirm in your basket. If the 30 minutes run out, the places go back on sale for other families.

If something cannot be booked

If one of your choices cannot be booked, for example a day has just filled up, nothing is booked yet. The page says which child and which day needs changing, and keeps everything else you chose. Change that one choice and press Book again. If a detail is missing from your account or a child’s record, such as a contact your club requires, it is listed with a link to the place to add it. Once you save, you come straight back with your days still chosen.

If bookings are paused

If you have an overdue balance, your club may pause new bookings. You see Bookings are paused with the amount and how to pay. Places you have already booked are not affected. Bookings open again as soon as you pay. See Paying what you owe.

If the club needs to check a child’s details

Sometimes a club wants to look at a child’s details before they can book, for example after a particular answer about medical needs. You are told before you try to book that the club needs to check a few details and will email you when it is done. There is nothing for you to fix. Your other children can still book as normal.
