Each club is separate
- A parent at two clubs has two separate records. Their children, answers and terms acceptance at one club can’t be seen at the other.
- A parent is signed in to one club at a time. Opening another club’s pages shows them as a visitor sees them, until they sign in to that club.
- Nobody sees another club’s families. Asking for another club’s booking, or another family’s child, gets “not found”, never “not allowed”, so nothing confirms it exists.
Who at your club sees what
- Managers see everything about your club, including money.
- Staff see what they need to run sessions: registers, bookings, the children booked on them, and reports. Pages that are a manager’s say Only managers can see this. See Managers and Staff.
- Parents see only their own family and bookings.
When people leave
- Removing someone from your team ends their access to your club. Everything they recorded stays. See Your team.
- A parent who deletes their account is anonymised. Their children’s records, and your booking and payment history, stay intact.
- A parent who removes a child from their account — see Your children.
